Evaluating the interaction with the caller

To find our how the caller interacted with the call application use the two following functions.

• Public Function GetInteractionCondition() As LVCA_InteractionCondition
• Public Function IsDTMFPresent() As Boolean

Syntax

• Condition = LVCA.GetInteractionCondition
• DTMF = LVCA.IsDTMFPresent

Returns

• Condition - LVCA_InteractionCondition - What happened with the caller
  • LVCAIC_MATCH = 0
  • LVCAIC_NOMATCH = 1
  • LVCAIC_NOINPUT = 2
• DTMF - Boolean - Indicates the caller pressed DTMF
