Adding Phrases to an Existing Concept

Since you have already created a "Locations" Concept, now you need to add additional phrases to it so the program can recognize the callers more accurately. You can add them by doing the following:

1. Right click on the word "Phrases".
2. Choose "Phrases" from the popup menu.
3. The "Update Phrases" box you worked with earlier will pop up. Type in "interested in locations" and press the "Add" button. You can add as many Phrases as you would like in this manner.
4. Your "Update Phrases" box should now look like this:
5. Click on "OK".
   Tip: It is important to add phrases that your customers are likely to use, especially local idioms such as "Y'all" or "here 'bouts"
   
6. If you expand Phrases, you will notice there are now three entries under Locations:Phrases which appear in alphabetical order:

Save your changes by clicking on File > Save.
