Setting Up the Global Yes/No Module
The Global Yes/No Module controls the Grammars used in all Confirmations and Yes/No Modules. You can also set up Global Yes/No No Inputs and No Matches that will be used only in Confirmations and Yes/No Modules.
- Return to the Call Flow View.
- Open the Global Yes/No Module.
- Expand the Grammars List by clicking once on the plus sign [+] to the left of the word "Grammar".
- Expand the "NO" and "YES" Concepts.
- Right click on the word "Phrases beneath the "YES" Concept and click on "Update Phrases" in the popup menu that appears.

The "Update Phrases" box will open. Enter in all the words you would like to accept for the
Concept of "YES."
- Click "OK."
- Right click on the word "Phrases" beneath the "NO" Concept and click on "Phrases" in the popup menu.

The "Update Phrases" box will open. Enter in all the words you would like to accept for the
Concept of "NO."
- Click "OK."
Note: Do not enter too many words to accept for Yes and No, as they may get confused if they sound too similar.
"Yeah" and "Nah", for example, sound very much alike and could be mistaken for each other.
