you can monitor the progress of calls and configure line settings and telephony hardware.

About the Call Handler
The Platform Call Handler supports a variety of hardware configurations. For business applications, Dialogic
provides reliable telephone support. The Platform Call Handler is designed to make hardware setup as easy as
possible. This allows more time for developing and testing the Platform Projects.
24/7 service is important where telephony is concerned. The Platform Handler will protect current calls from
being affected by modifications to the active Platform Projects. Modifications made to a Platform Project will
not be implemented until the current call has been completed. It is very important that changes made to running
projects are complete, before saving, to avoid errors in the call flow.
