Downloading the Speech Platform
The LumenVox Speech Platform consists of three separate installation files that must be downloaded. The first is the Platform installation, which includes the Designer to build new speech applications and the Call Handler to run them. The second installation package is the LumenVox Speech Engine, which actually powers the speech recognition functions. Finally, the License Server manages the license files for the applications.
To download the software:

Login to your account at https://www.lumenvox.com/customers/

Click on Your Software Downloads.
- You may then download the appropriate copy of the Speech Engine and the License Server for your operating system.
Once you have downloaded your files, proceed on to Installing the Platform.
