Using the Call Log Viewer

In order to use the Call Log Viewer, open up the Platform Administrator and select the appropriate database. If your Platform Administrator has not been set up properly, view the Help pages at www.LumenVox.com.

  1. Click View and select Call Log Viewer.
  2. The Call Log Viewer window will appear. Select the engine and the project and press the Search Button. A list of all the calls received will appear.
  3. Select which call you wish to listen to.
  4. A list of all the modules the caller activated will appear. Press the arrow button for the drop down list. You will see a box that tells you the Concept that the system identified and the Confidence Value. To listen to the audio, press the "Play Audio" button.
