Starting the Call Handler for the first time
Before starting the Call Handler the following items need to be installed:

Appropriate Dialogic card installed. For a complete list of card please refer to our web site
at: https://www.lumenvox.com. The Dialogic card needs to be running with a green light in the
Dialogic Configuration Manager.
- Dialogic System Software Release 5.1.1 with SP 1 or greater installed and running.
Start the Platform Call Handler application by going to Start > All Programs > LumenVox > Platform >
Platform Dialogic Call Engine.
To load a project, see Individual Line Settings.
Once you are happy with the line settings, click the File menu and then click Start.
This will the lines and projects as specified under the individual line settings menu.
