Editing Properties from the Properties Table
You can also edit the Description, Transcript, and Voice fields individualy directly from the Properties Table, without opening the Recording Box. Try this for yourself.
- Double click on the word "Greeting".

A yellow dialog box will open and the word "Greeting" will be highlighted. Change this to
"Opening Greeting".
- Hit Enter to close the yellow dialog box. The Description should now be changed to read "Opening Greeting".
Save your changes by clicking on File > Save.
