The Call Flow View
At this point, you are in the Call Flow view, where you can see all the Modules in the Project and how
they relate. This is where you design and view how a customer�s call will flow through your Platform
Application from beginning to end.
The section in the upper left hand side of the screen is the Objects Panel. When the Module Tab is
clicked, it shows the Module Menu, which holds all the modules available for use within
the program. Each Module is designed to perform a specific function within the Platform.
For example, the List module presents the caller with a list of options, and the Hangup Module hangs up
when the caller is finished, etc. We will go over each of the Modules individually later in this tutorial.
