Maps the protocol type of semantic interpretation to a Constant ID. ECMA_SCRIPT 0 Results are in
ECMA Script (java script). EMMA 1 Results are in EMMA. LV_CONCEPTS 2 Results are in LV Concepts
(LumenVox specific). GSL 3 Results are in Nuance's GSL NL. XML 4 Results are in some (undefined)
XML format.
