Transcriber Shortcuts
The Transcriber tool is designed to allow transcription of a large
number of interactions very quickly. The tool can be used almost entirely from the keyboard with keyboard
shortcuts. In particular, the Combo Keys can be used to reduce the number of keystrokes and
clicks per transaction. A list of shortcut keys is supplied along the right side of the Transcriber window,
and a list follows:
Noise Tags
The following keys are used to insert various noise tags into the transcript.
