Added in 16.0.100 Sent when the corresponding lvAlarmSyncFailure condition has been removed – when the synchronization with the licensing nodes is restored.
Important Note: It is very important to understand that the text being quoted within the lvTrapSpecificProblem field of these types of CLEAR message are simply duplicates of the text from the original alarm message.
The fact that this synchronization has been restored is a clear indication that at least one of the licensing nodes was able to be reached and the license information was refreshed.
