Job Description - Technical Sales and Support
LumenVox is seeking resourceful employees with strong problem solving and communication skills. The candidates will help generate new business and ensure growth of existing accounts, as well as evaluate customer needs and help provide solutions utilizing LumenVox software and services. They will research and present reports showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing company products or services. They will provide technical training to clients and communicate customer feedback into future product developments. The candidates will use technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales.
Responsibilities
- Working with customers to create appropriate solutions utilizing LumenVox technology.
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines and quotas in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify potential business development opportunities.
- Represent LumenVox at tradeshows and other networking opportunities to generate new leads and to promote and develop existing partnerships.
- Calling on existing LumenVox customers and prospects to sell speech recognition software, upgrades and support.
- Interact with customer support, QA and marketing teams to identify new features and potential markets.
Knowledge
- 2+ years customer service experience ? sales experience is a plus.
- Must possess strong presentation, communication and problem solving skills.
- Able to adapt and overcome challenges swiftly and competently.
- Interact with customer support, QA and marketing teams to identify new features and potential bugs.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
- Knowledge of the Speech Recognition and/or Telephony Software Industry a plus.
